In his Spiritual Exercises, St. Ignatius presents several methods of prayer that call us to a real encounter with God, using our mind, imagination, and heart. This course will introduce to you new ways of praying with scripture and your life. Discover how God seeks to meet you right where you are.

You Will:

  • Learn about Ignatian meditation, Ignatian contemplation, and the Examen.
  • Be led in a guided meditation in the week’s Ignatian prayer practice.
  • Discover new ways to enrich your prayer life.
