When will my shipment arrive?
We use the United States Postal Service. First Class mail within the United States should take 3-5 days after shipment; Priority Mail within the US should arrive within 2-3 days of shipment. When your item has shipped you’ll receive an email marking the order as complete with a tracking number and date of shipment. You can also find your tracking number for the order on your account page.
My tracking number is showing no record on the USPS.com website!
There is a bit of a delay before tracking information will appear. If you received your tracking number within the last 24 hours, it may still be on its way to the post office or USPS may not have scanned it yet. Check again tomorrow.
How do I receive digital orders (like PDFs)?
Once you make a purchase you will be given a link to download your files. You will also be emailed a link to download the files at a later time. Available downloads are also shown on your account page.
I have a coupon code. How do I apply it?
You can apply coupon codes in your cart before checking out.
What payment methods do you offer? Can I pay by check?
Unfortunately we cannot accept checks. But, you can pay using your bank account via your PayPal account. We also accept credit and debit cards using PayPal or Amazon Payments (on the checkout screen).
What are shipping costs?
It varies with the item and the shipping service. You can view specific shipping costs from your cart (containing items).

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. You’ll find an international shipment option on the cart and checkout pages. If it doesn’t appear on the cart page it will once you select your country on the checkout page.

How can I view or anonymise the data you have associated with my email address, in compliance with the European Union GDPR law?
Just navigate to our Data Access Request page and enter your email address. You’ll receive an email with a link to your data that is securely stored on Ignatian Resources. You also will have the option to anonymise your data, which scrambles all personal data associated with your account including your name, email, billing address, and association with specific orders. Do not do this if you have an open order (pending payment or shipping)! Note that this action will require you to log in using your username or the anonymised email that will be sent to you.
